FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA – October 3, 2017 – Evans Incorporated announces today that it has continued to achieve recognition for its growth, success, and expertise in its most recent round of accolades. Evans Incorporated was recognized as a CARE (Companies as Responsive Employers) Award winner; named to the 2017 Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies nationwide; and lastly, became a GovCon Award Finalist, a recognition given by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
The first recognition, the Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) CARE Award, is an annual program that stems from the organization’s essential mission to recognize and celebrate employers and workplaces across the Northern Virginia region that are making innovative and committed strides to supporting family-friendly benefits to its employees and the surrounding community. The GovCon Award is presented annually to honor the leadership, innovation, and commitment to the excellence of the individuals and businesses in the Washington, DC metro area’s government contracting sector. Evans Incorporated was named a finalist in this year’s awards program in the Contractor of the Year category, which ranks top contractors with up to $25 million in annual revenues. The winners of this prestigious recognition are set to be announced at a gala event on November 1, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner.
